Making it to the office may be a challenge sometimes. Whether you’re sick, finding it difficult to drive to my location, unable to find childcare or something in life just gets in the way of you getting here. Don’t worry, we can have a session over the phone or computer.

TeleMental health means the remote delivery of mental health care services via technology assisted media. This includes a wide array of clinical services and various forms of technology. The technology inlcudes but is not limited to a phone, video, internet, smartphone, tablet, PC desktop system or other electronic means. The delivery must be secured by two way encryption to be considered secure. Synchronous (at the same time) secure video chatting is the preferred method of service delivery. I use VSee as my platform to provide video sessions with clients.
